Co-founder of Learning Navigators, Peter has serviced a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and internationally over the last 20 years. With an MA in Organisation Learning, Peter's background is in learning and development, HRD, direct marketing and consultancy. Peter believes passionately about making learning powerful and effective, both for individuals and for the benefit of their organisations. Peter is an active coach and mentor, bringing insight and energy to his sessions.

Ian Mackenzie

Along with Peter Welch, Ian is a founder of Learning Navigators, reflecting his 25-year interest and experience in organisational learning and its relationship to innovation and creativity. He has been a Training Services Director in a consultancy and worked in HR and Finance. He is a gifted and innovative coach, learning designer and facilitator.

Chris Stagg

Chris Stagg is a theatre director, trainer, consultant and facilitator. Chris has been involved in many of our projects as well as running a successful business of his own. He is involved in writing scenarios for use on workshops, recruiting and rehearsing actors and as a facilitator on our programmes. Chris has a huge talent in using his theatre skills to bring an edge of reality to the learning experience.

John Garland

John is a qualified facilitator, trainer and coach working extensively with leadership and teams. As well as running his own business (Growing Vision – an accredited Institute of Leadership and Management Centre), John has acted as a mentor, coach and trainer on a number of Learning Navigators projects, including executive level coaching and mentoring with South Somerset and West Wiltshire District Councils.
