The scenarios we use are developed by a professional director and writer on the basis of research with our clients. We often involve clients in rehearsing actors to ensure all the nuances and language used ring true within the client organisation.
This provides participants with the opportunity to develop skills in very realistic situations, with the benefit of expert feedback both from the actors and the facilitator.
