This is a specialised form of facilitation service which we are currently supplying to Brighton & Hove City Council. Here we are supporting a year long self-managed learning programme, by helping set members to identify their individual challenges and development needs, then guiding the set members to really listen to each person, to ask questions that add insight, and suggesting ways to help resolve the issue.
